Rob, as he’s affectionately known to his team, started Boomerang in 2005, and believes in the hands-on approach within the organization looking after the staff ensures that they look after the customers.Before launching Boomerang, he held senior leadership positions in contact centre operating companies in South Africa and the UK.Many often ask why the name “Boomerang” and the answer is simple I am a customer centric person, passionate about people, customers and services, and a boomerang always comes back!I enjoy travelling meeting new people, huge focus area is business development locally and abroad. I do seek adventure but also enjoy the serenity of nature, love live music and rugby.
